Below is how your machine stand arrives from "the other guys" when shipped via UPS in three separate boxes, usually direct from the manufacture and never setup. If your read carefully, it is normally stated "Professional setup required".
If you see this Keystone Dealer tag on your
machine, you can rest assured that a professional has taken the machine out of
the box, oiled the machine, and check for proper factory settings.
We setup the legs, treadle, pitman rod, motor, light, drawer, knee lifter, drip pan bobbin winder, machine table isolators. We also install hardened cup point screws or mill out flat spots on the knee lifter to prevent slipped adjustments. Machine is shipped via commercial van line, on skid. All that needs to be done is unpack the machine, drop machine head into table top, replace belt, assembled thread stand, bobbin winder, and you are ready to go. Everything else is done for you!
