NEW MODEL GG80018

Highlead's new model GG80018 is a factory cast arm and bed long arm (30" length) high arm (10" heigth) heavy duty oscillating hook, parallel needle bar zig zag machine .  Machine comes standard with Racing brand puller to assist with material transportation of long, heavy materials.   Also standard are single, double, and triple throw cams.  Solenoid actuated pneumatic controls provide auto back tack, auto presser foot lift, and automatic roller lift, all functions working in conjunction with Ho Hsing brand servo needle positioning motor.

With a two inch needle bar stroke and a powerful feeding system it can produce a zig zag with a maximum width of half inch and a long stitch length of maximum of two and half stitches per inch.  It useful in the construction of medium to heavy sails.  Every part from Highlead, Racing, and Ho Hsing is available by part number from the factory, and machine cost of this factory longarm is a fraction of what stretched and raised machines of similar capabilities are.
