Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, Keystone Sewing ships all orders FOB, using common freight carriers, UPS, USPS,
& DHL.  Shipper (consignee) must file claims for goods damaged while in transit with the carrier company immediately.
  Your goods are insured by carrier while in transit, and we will be glad to assist with your claim.
 Hidden freight damage must be reported to carrier immediately when discovered and claim must be
 filed with carrier. Military APO, AEO, and international shipping is available,
 as well as UPS expatiated services.  Contact us for more information.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, equipment from Keystone Sewing is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from date of invoice, any brand, any type, new or refurbished models.  In some cases, factory warranty may exceed Keystone Sewing's warranty.  In these instances, we will honor both warranties as long as they are valid.  Sewing machine motors are warranted for one year from date of invoice.  Common wear items, such as sewing hook, bobbin case, looper, bobbin, tension spring, etc. are not covered under warranty.  Warranty does not cover unauthorized work, and all equipment repairs are warrantied for service at Keystone Sewing Machine Company.  Customer is responsible for freight charges both to and from our service center located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Some exceptions may apply.

 Return of Merchandise

Choose your products wisely.  Ask us questions you may have before purchasing.  Before returning merchandise, you must request a Return Authorization Number.  Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice, and complete goods returned freight prepaid, in saleable condition.  Equipment must be returned in original shipping container.  All returns must be inspected prior to credit being issued.  Credit will be less 20% for handling, inspection and repackaging.  Repairs will be deducted from credit.  Some exceptions may apply.
Custom & Special orders

These orders are not subject to cancellation or return as they are specially manufactured.  Deposit of 50% is customary for such purchases.
